1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Techliom application or visiting techliom.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.
2. License to Use
Techliom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: copy, modify, or distribute our apps; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; sublicense or sell access to any Techliom app; use our apps to violate any law or third-party rights.
3. User Accounts
Some apps require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@techliom.com of any unauthorized access.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our apps to: post unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content; scrape or harvest data; introduce malware or disruptive code; impersonate any person or entity; violate intellectual property rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Techliom apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Techliom or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Techliom does not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techliom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of our apps following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance.
